Summer operating hours
We are open every day during the following hours :
- Monday through Friday : 10:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- Saturday through Sunday : 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
We are generally open on holidays, with some exceptions.
Where are you located ?
Our brunch café is located right in the heart of Toulouse.
We have two locations :
Minnaya – Colombette | Café Brunch : 32 Rue de la Colombette.
The nearest metro stop is Jean Jaurès.
Located near Matabiau Train Station (a 10-minute walk).
Point of interest : Place du Capitole, Saint Aubin Market
Minnaya – Saint Sernin | Café Brunch : 6 Rue Lascrosses
The nearest metro stop is Compans Caffarelli (Line B) or Capitole (Line A).
Located near the Pierre Baudis Center and the business district.
Point of interest : Saint Sernin Basilica, Japanese Garden, University of Toulouse 1 Capitole.
Can we book a table ?
Yes, reservations are available! You can book a table directly by phone :

or drop by without a reservation (subject to availability).
A reservation must be confirmed by a member of our team.
We do not accept reservations via voicemail or email.
Any delay of more than 20 minutes will result in the cancellation of your reservation.
The number of people listed on the reservation must match the number of people who arrive during your reserved time slot.
Our team has the right to refuse service if the reservation does not match the details provided at the time of booking (number of people, time, etc.).
Do you offer vegetarian dishes or options tailored to specific dietary needs ?
Absolutely ! We offer options for several dietary needs, including vegetarian. If you have any allergies or specific dietary needs, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Can we order takeout ?
Yes, all of our food and drinks are available for takeout. Place your order in person or through our online platform, if available.
Do you offer delivery service ?
Yes, part of our menu is available for delivery. Place your order directly on Deliveroo.
Do you allow pets ?
Yes, we welcome well-behaved pets on our premises.
What payment methods do you accept ?
We accept cash, credit cards, and contactless payment options such as Apple Pay.
What's your specialty ?
Our homemade pancakes are a must-try. We’re also known for our avocado toast and our delicious drinks.
Do you offer gift cards ?
Yes, gift cards are available so you can treat your loved ones to a culinary experience. You can purchase them directly in-store or by sending an email to request a digital version.
Do you have a outdoor tables ?
Yes, we have outdoor seatings where you can enjoy the nice weather.
Can we come work at your café ?
Our space is cozy and quiet, perfect for working or relaxing. Free Wi-Fi is available to all our customers.
